When will I receive my annual membership fee invoice?<\/h2>

Membership fee invoices are generated at the beginning of the year, in February-March.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have not received your annual invoice by the end of March, please caontact Customer Service<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can also pay the membership fee via eLounge<\/a> as an online payment, even if the invoice is still on its way.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am in part-time retirement, do I get the pensioner discount?<\/strong>\u202f <\/h2>

The pensioner discount is only granted to those in full-time retirement. Please notify us immediately when you make the transition to full-time retirement.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

I am unemployed and a recipient of earnings-related unemployment allowance. Will my discount change from \u202f50% to 100%\u202fautomatically when I switch to basic unemployment allowance?<\/strong>\u202f <\/h2>

The discount percentage will not change automatically. Please apply for the membership discount through the member service<\/a> to update your discount percentage. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

If you have subscribed to the membership magazine before, it will remain as part of your membership automatically. In other words, you do not need to take any action if you want to keep the magazine subscription. If you want to discontinue the subscription, please remove it through the member service<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, you cannot deduct the price of the magazine subscription from your membership fee yourself. Please make the necessary change through the member service<\/a>. You will then be sent a new invoice by post or through your online banking service. Pay this new invoice.
