The agreement is generally applicable, i.e. all employers, also the unorganised, in the industry are bound by it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract period:<\/strong><br>2017 \u2013 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ytn.fi\/sopimus\/teknologiateollisuuden-ylempien-toimihenkiloiden-tyoehtosopimus-2017-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read the entire collective agreement of professional and managerial staff in technology industries<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICT services<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>YTN negotiates the collective agreement for ICT services together with the Association of IT Sector Employees and the employers\u2019 representative Technology Industries of Finland. The agreement is generally applicable, i.e. all employers, also the unorganised, in the industry are bound by it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Contract period:<\/strong><br>1.11.2017 \u2013 31.10.2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Collective agreement does not apply to company management or to those who represent the employer when determining the working conditions of employees covered by the collective agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/ytn.fi\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/ict-ytn-tes-2017-2020.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Read the entire collective agreement of ICT services<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ICT industry<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>YTN negotiates collective agreement for the ICT industry together with Palta, the Service Industry Employers.
