Many of our members work in the following unorganised industries:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>trade<\/li><li>audit and consulting services<\/li><li>food industry<\/li><li>insurance<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In unorganised industries, working conditions are determined by law and possible company policy. In some industries where other personnel groups have their respective collective agreement, the collective agreement of another personnel group may be applied, mutatis mutandis, also to professional and managerial staff.
