Det visar flera enk\u00e4ter med sakkunniga p\u00e5 olika arbetsplatser.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver d\u00e5ligt ledarskap meddelar en stor del av l\u00f6ntagarna att det ofta brister i kommunikationen p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Usel kommunikation f\u00f6der situationer d\u00e4r de anst\u00e4llda inte k\u00e4nner sig delaktiga, involverade och uppskattade p\u00e5 jobbet. Det \u00e4r viktigt att cheferna \u00e4r bra p\u00e5 att kommunicera med sina medarbetare. Det b\u00e4sta s\u00e4ttet att f\u00f6rebygga kriser och missn\u00f6je \u00e4r att fr\u00e4mja den interna kommunikationen p\u00e5 jobbet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Som jag ser det \u00e4r en av chefens viktigaste uppgifter att f\u00f6rklara varf\u00f6r just ditt jobb beh\u00f6vs och hur dina arbetsinsatser h\u00f6r ihop med den helhet som arbetsgivaren svarar f\u00f6r. Den h\u00e4r diskussionen beh\u00f6vs eftersom den l\u00e4gger grunden f\u00f6r k\u00e4nslan att det egna jobbet \u00e4r meningsfullt. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver det h\u00e4r borde cheferna bygga upp en samh\u00f6righet och vi-anda som fungerar som br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r arbetsgl\u00e4djen p\u00e5 jobbet. I den h\u00e4r gemenskapen ing\u00e5r k\u00e4nslan att vi \u00e4r ett team som delar samma v\u00e4rdegrund och str\u00e4var mot samma m\u00e5l.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedan finns det en massa praktisk kommunikation som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att hela kollegiet ska vara inf\u00f6rst\u00e5tt med det som \u00e4r p\u00e5 g\u00e5ng p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Chefen har en viktig funktion som f\u00f6rmedlare av information fr\u00e5n ledningen till verkstadsgolvet och vice versa. Det \u00e4r viktigt att skapa en atmosf\u00e4r d\u00e4r de anst\u00e4llda upplever att de h\u00f6r till ett sammanhang d\u00e4r det k\u00e4nns roligt och meningsfullt att jobba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6rst\u00e5s \u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 s\u00e5 att m\u00e5nga jobb inneh\u00e5ller rutiner som ibland kan k\u00e4nnas meningsl\u00f6sa eller frustrerande. L\u00f6ntagaren har ocks\u00e5 ett ansvar att leda sig sj\u00e4lv och l\u00e4ra sig hantera den h\u00e4r k\u00e4nslan bland annat genom att prioritera viktigare arbetsuppgifter i det dagliga jobbet.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chefen kan i sin tur ge de dagliga rutinerna ett lyft genom att f\u00f6rankra jobbet i de strategiska m\u00e5l som formar verksamheten. Egentligen handlar det h\u00e4r om konsten att svara p\u00e5 fr\u00e5gor som \u201dvarf\u00f6r jobbar vi h\u00e4r?\u201d eller \u201dvad inneb\u00e4r det h\u00e4r i v\u00e5rt dagliga arbete?\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r att man ska m\u00e5 bra p\u00e5 jobbet \u00e4r det viktigt att man k\u00e4nner sig trygg och att det existerar ett inb\u00f6rdes f\u00f6rtroende p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Det f\u00f6ruts\u00e4tter oftast att chefen s\u00e4tter sig sj\u00e4lv p\u00e5 spel och skapar en atmosf\u00e4r som pr\u00e4glas av \u00f6ppenhet d\u00e4r det ocks\u00e5 g\u00e5r att tala om problem p\u00e5 jobbet i en konstruktiv anda. En chef som \u00e4r \u00f6ppen, empatisk och f\u00f6ruts\u00e4gbar \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att tala med. \u00d6ppenheten, tilliten och gemenskapen \u00e4r viktiga h\u00f6rnstenar i v\u00e4lbefinnandet p\u00e5 jobbet. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ibland p\u00e5st\u00e5s det att den \u00f6k\u00e4nda management-by-perkele-kulturen lever och m\u00e5r bra i det finska arbetslivet fortfarande. Jag tror inte p\u00e5 det. Den kulturen \u00e4r p\u00e5 utd\u00f6ende. Lomh\u00f6rd ordergivning \u00e4r inget vinnande koncept, oavsett vilken bransch vi talar om. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>***<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Coronapandemin har \u00e4ndrat p\u00e5 v\u00e5rt s\u00e4tt att jobba. Allt fler arbetsgivare till\u00e5ter nu att de anst\u00e4llda alternerar mellan distansjobb och arbete p\u00e5 kontoret. Det h\u00e4r st\u00e4ller st\u00f6rre krav p\u00e5 inneb\u00f6rden av sj\u00e4lvledarskap och tanken att de anst\u00e4llda \u00e4r sj\u00e4lvg\u00e5ende. Den nya arbetskulturen \u00e4r samtidigt d\u00e5liga nyheter f\u00f6r auktorit\u00e4ra, hierarkiskt funtade chefer som \u00e4lskar att detaljstyra och fl\u00e5sa i nacken. Nu m\u00e5ste dessa chefer lita p\u00e5 att jobbet blir gjort \u00e4ven p\u00e5 distans. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det finns inte en schablon f\u00f6r hur vi kommer att jobba efter pandemin. Alla arbetsplatser \u00e4r olika och har olika arbetskulturer. Det \u00e5terst\u00e5r att se om distansjobbet vinner insteg.
