Forbidden questions in a recruitment situation:

  • Questions pertaining to a possible pregnancy of family plans;
  • Political views and trade union activities;
  • Performance of military or non-military service;
  • Questions related to illnesses that do not affect work performance. However, health issues can be enquired as far as required by the applied job position.
