Membership fee discounts

 
I am in part-time retirement, do I get the pensioner discount?  

The pensioner discount is only granted to those in full-time retirement. Please notify us immediately when you make the transition to full-time retirement.  

I am unemployed and a recipient of earnings-related unemployment allowance. Will my discount change from  50% to 100% automatically when I switch to basic unemployment allowance?  

The discount percentage will not change automatically. Please apply for the membership discount through the member service to update your discount percentage. 

I am on family leave. Will my discount change from  50% to 100% automatically when I switch to home care allowance?

Magazine as a membership benefit 

Is the membership benefit magazine included in my membership by default? 

If you have subscribed to the membership magazine before, it will remain as part of your membership automatically. In other words, you do not need to take any action if you want to keep the magazine subscription. If you want to discontinue the subscription, please remove it through the member service.  

I do not want the membership benefit magazine. What do I need to do?  

If you would like to remove the magazine subscription, please make the change through the member service. 

Can I change the membership magazine I am subscribed to mid-year?  

If your membership includes the magazine subscription provided as a membership benefit, you can change the specific magazine at any time through the member service.  

I was unable to remove the membership magazine through eLounge. What do I need to do?

If you experience any issues with making the desired changes, you can contact customer service.

I already received an invoice, but I do not want the membership benefit magazine. Can I deduct the price of the magazine subscription from my membership fee upon paying the invoice?

Unfortunately, you cannot deduct the price of the magazine subscription from your membership fee yourself. Please make the necessary change through the member service. You will then be sent a new invoice by post or through your online banking service. Pay this new invoice. This will void the previous invoice, which means that you do not need to pay it.  

I already received an invoice, but I want to add the membership benefit magazine to my membership.  Can I add the price of the magazine subscription to my membership fee upon paying the invoice?

I indicated earlier that I do not want the membership benefit magazine. I changed my mind, however, and would like it after all. Can I still change my decision?  

Yes, you can.  

  • If you have not yet received an invoice for the membership fee: Change your membership through the member service before 31 December. This ensures that the change will be automatically taken into account in your membership fee for the coming year.  
  • If you have received an invoice but have not paid it yet: Please make the necessary change through the member service. You will then be sent a new invoice by post or through your online banking service. Pay this new invoice. This will void the previous invoice, which means that you do not need to pay it.  
  • If you have already paid the invoice: You can add the magazine subscription to your membership through the member service, followed by which you will be sent a separate invoice.
